FullScreen provides comprehensive market research fieldwork services including, but not limited to:

• Qualitative research services (Focus Groups, IDIs, Workshops)
• Quantitative research services (CATI, On-street interviews, In-store surveys)
• Observational and mixed methodology research
• Research recruitment and support services

3. User Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information required for research projects. All participants in our research studies must be lawfully recruited and provide informed consent. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all research objectives comply with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection

FullScreen maintains strict confidentiality protocols in accordance with Saudi Arabian data protection regulations. All research data, findings, and client information are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All research methodologies, reports, and deliverables produced by FullScreen remain the intellectual property of FullScreen unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients are granted a license to use the research findings for their intended business purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

FullScreen provides research services with professional care and expertise. However, research findings are based on data collected at specific times and may not predict future outcomes. FullScreen shall not be liable for business decisions made based on research findings.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or, if necessary, through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
